Create An Open Space Policy Document Using This Report As A Toolkit

This report is intended to be a foundation stone for preparing planning guidance for the designated open spaces planned in the Gurgaon Manesar Urban Complex master plan. The planning guidance will help in:

Setting standards for the design and master planning of the open spaces and buffer zones, including standards for parks, green spaces, children's play areas, and allotments;
Providing guidance for when developers should enhance open spaces in the local area rather than within the development; and,
Providing guidance on management and maintenance of open spaces.

The guidance will be called the Open Space Policy Document and will serve as a future reference for preservation, development, management and maintenance of the open spaces in Gurgaon.
